Here I will try to answer a questions you might have before you get in touch.

Do you offer meet and greets?
Yes, Jenny and myself will come and meet you before you decide to book so we can get to know you and your dog. We can also go over any special requirements your dog needs and plan a walk routine that suits you.

Do you come collect and drop off?
Yes, or alternatively if it's convenient you can come to ours.

What's the transport setup?
Currently I drive an estate car and can safely transport up to five dogs.
On a solo walk your dog will be clipped securely into a seatbelt in the back, this helps us keep an eye on them and reduce stress.
For a pack walk I have two crates in the boot, three secured in with seatbelt clips.

What times are the pack walks?
As I am just getting started, I'm very flexible on times, I aim to do two pack walks a day, morning and then afternoon.

Where do you walk?
The Gannel, Colan Woods, Chapel Farms Dog Paddock, Cubert Common, Crantock Beach and more.
Are you fully insured?
Yes

What do I need to bring for walks?
We provide water, treats, poo bags and towels during the walk. If you could leave your dog with a lead, coat and any specific dog treats or food if your dog is on a special diet.

What do I need to bring for home boarding?
Bed, Toys, Food, Lead, and Coat.

Do you provide services with dog with additional needs?
Yes, we have lots of experience walking dogs with special needs.
Nelly, a blind schnauzer needs a slower walk as all the sounds and smells are quite overwhelming for her sometimes. We choose beaches with lots of space and nothing to bump into! I spend a lot of our walks calling out to her so she knows where I am. I will stay close and advocate for her if another dog approaches as she can be startled easily but still loves saying hello!
Isla, a doberman who has epilepsy and arthritic hips. Isla's hips meant she only  needs a short walk on lead to reduce strain. I make sure we have Isla's medication with us every time we walk her and look out for strange behaviours that would indicate she may be about to have a seizure. I am prepared to administer the medication if a seizure occurred, which we now have experience.
Tango, a Pomeranian suffers from anxiety, especially around other dogs so we choose quieter walks to limit his exposure. If we do come across a calm dog we take time to let Tango decide what he wants to do, encouraging and rewarding him for positive encounters. He also hates his paws dirty and prefers to walk around a residential area to get his sniffs in!
Mavis, a mini bull terrier who has autistic traits (or normal bull terrier traits!) She has specific triggers that can cause to become over stimulated so I have to pay attention and make sure we are on top of them before they set her off.
Give me a call and we can go through your dogs specific needs and we can arrange a walking routine that suits you.

How do I pay you?
I can take bank transfer and cash.
